Dudes! Our anti-Measure A brochure lists Norm Matteoni, former Santa Clara County Counsel, as an opponent of Measure A, and includes a choice quote ("Correcting mistakes will be extremely difficult.") We describe Norm as former County Counsel, and not, say, "Norm Matteoni, attorney in a law firm whose partner did analysis of Measure A on behalf of Measure A opponents." After all, who knows if that is true. And even if it is, we hardly think it's relevant - adding that would just confuse people.
